Questions clients ask before signing.
Straight answers. If yours is not here, ask during the assessment.
What counts as a user?
A person, not a device. One user fee covers their laptop, desktop and mobile. Shared devices such as a reception PC are counted as one user.
Do you support Macs and mobiles?
Yes. Windows, macOS, iOS and Android are all managed under the same agreement, with the same security policies applied.
What happens when you cannot fix something remotely?
An engineer attends on site. Scheduled visits are included in the Standard and Complete plans; on Essential they are charged hourly. Based in Dubai; other emirates as per agreed schedule.
Can we keep our existing hardware and provider contracts?
Usually. Onboarding flags anything unsupported or at risk, and we work around existing contracts until they end.
How do we leave if it does not work out?
With 60 days’ notice after the initial term. You keep every document, password and configuration; we hand over to the next provider in a structured way.
