CadenceAt handover
Integration in the right order.
Network first, then systems, then people. Done the other way round, nothing works together.
Requirements
Each room and door walked with you; what it must do written down before any product is named.
Foundation
PoE switching, a building-systems VLAN and bandwidth planning, so cameras and calls never compete with work.
Install
Displays, cameras, controllers, readers and sensors mounted and cabled by the same team that built the network.
Integrate
Rooms linked to Microsoft 365 or Google calendars; access control linked to the user directory where supported.
Hand over
One-page guide per room, a session for reception and staff, and support under the managed agreement.
What you end up with.
- Meeting rooms that start on time

- One supplier accountable for all of it
Questions clients ask before signing.
Straight answers. If yours is not here, ask during the assessment.
Which conferencing platforms do you support?
Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms and Google Meet hardware. We recommend the one your company already uses for calendars and chat.
Can access control link to our staff list?
Where the system supports it, yes. New starters get a credential at onboarding and leavers lose access the day they go, without someone remembering to do it.
How long should we keep CCTV footage?
Long enough to cover a complaint or an incident coming to light. Thirty days is common; some landlords and insurers specify more. We size storage to the number you choose.
Will this run on our existing network?
Often not well. Cameras and video calls need PoE, bandwidth and separation from business traffic. The assessment tells you what the current network can carry and what needs to change.
Do you do homes as well as offices?
Residential automation is available for business owners as a supporting service. Our focus remains the office.
