Infrastructure that is engineered, labelled and certified.
Wireless that reaches every desk, switching that can be traced, and a comms room somebody can work in two years from now.
- Response within 1 business hour
- Scales from 1 to 500+ users
- One accountable partner, from cabling to cloud
- A fixed monthly fee and no surprise invoices
From the first cable run to the final test report.
Site survey
We measure the space, map coverage requirements and count real data points against desk layout, meeting rooms, cameras and access points.
- Floor plan walked with you; desks, rooms, cameras and access points counted
- Wireless heat map produced from on-site measurements
- Containment routes and comms-room position confirmed
A drawing of data points and access points, and a fixed quotation.
CadenceOnce, before quoting
Structured cabling
Cat6A or Cat6 installed in containment, terminated to TIA-568, labelled at both ends and tested with certified results supplied per outlet.
- Cat6 or Cat6A in containment, terminated to TIA-568 / ISO 11801
- Every outlet labelled at both ends with a port schedule
- Every link tested with a Fluke-class certifier; results supplied per outlet
Certification reports and a port schedule for every outlet.
CadenceProject
Wireless design
Access points positioned from a heat map rather than guesswork, with channel planning and roaming configured for your floor plan.
- Access points positioned from the heat map rather than guesswork
- Channel plan, power levels and roaming configured for the floor
- Coverage validated on site after installation
A validated coverage map and a managed wireless controller.
CadenceProject, then managed
Switching and segmentation
Managed switching with VLANs separating staff, guest, voice, CCTV and building systems.
- Managed switching with VLANs for staff, guest, voice, CCTV and building systems
- PoE budgets sized for cameras and access points
- Configuration backed up and documented
A switch configuration you own and a VLAN schedule.
CadenceProject, then managed
Comms room build
Rack, patch panels, power, cooling and cable dressing, arranged so future work takes minutes rather than hours.
- Rack installed, earthed and dressed; patch panels and cable management fitted
- Power, UPS and cooling arranged so equipment runs within specification
- Lockable, with a labelled layout on the door
A room someone can work in two years from now.
CadenceProject
Documentation
Port schedules, a network diagram and certification reports handed over as part of the project, not on request.
- Network diagram, port schedule, VLAN plan and device inventory issued at handover
- Certification reports filed with the project
- Documents updated when anything changes under a managed agreement
As-built documentation, not a promise of it.
CadenceAt handover, then maintained
From survey to certified handover.
Every project follows the same five stages, and the documentation is a deliverable, not an afterthought.
Survey
Floor walked with you; data points counted against the furniture plan; wireless heat map from on-site measurement.
Design
Cabling drawing, VLAN schedule, PoE budget and rack layout issued with a fixed quotation.
Install
Cat6A or Cat6 in containment to TIA-568; fibre backbone between floors; rack built, earthed and dressed.
Certify
Every link tested with a Fluke-class certifier; results supplied per outlet; wireless validated by walking the floor.
Document
Port schedule, network diagram, VLAN plan and device inventory handed over, then maintained under a managed agreement.
What you end up with.
- Certified test results for every outlet
- Labelled patch panels and port schedule
- Wireless coverage validated on site
- Segmented, managed switching
- A comms room that can be maintained
- As-built network documentation
Questions clients ask before signing.
Straight answers. If yours is not here, ask during the assessment.
Cat6 or Cat6A?
Cat6A for new installations where the budget allows: it carries 10 Gb and newer Wi-Fi access points without rework. Cat6 is fine for desks that will only ever need 1 Gb.
Do you work with fit-out contractors?
Yes. We regularly act as the network subcontractor on office fit-outs and coordinate containment and ceiling access with the main contractor.
Can you work outside office hours?
Yes. Work in occupied offices is scheduled for evenings and weekends where it avoids disruption, and quoted that way.
What does certification actually give me?
A test result per link showing it meets the standard. Landlords, insurers and future tenants ask for it, and it settles any later argument about cable quality.
Do you provide a warranty?
Workmanship is covered for [warranty period]. Certified systems installed with approved components can carry the manufacturer’s extended warranty.
Infrastructure you can trace.
Cabling that is labelled, racks that are dressed, and switching anyone can follow. Photographed in our own environment; client sites are photographed only with permission.
